Orchestra Fashion group (ex New Mazel Tov) as part of Verano Group, deals with the import and retail of fashion brands (Calzedonia, Stefanel and Intimissimi). Orchestra Fashion Group has expanded its business beyond the borders of Serbia by opening its sales outlets in Montenegro and Macedonia. At the end of 2008, after Verano Group's acquisition of Department Stores, the company had the need to open 13 retail outlets at the same time, in December when it was the biggest sale. A special request was that the project be implemented within three weeks and during that time it was necessary to implement the central ERP system asw: dominus and the retail system asw: mercantis.
One of the prerequisites for the system to be implemented in such a short time was to implement standard subsystems without new functionality. The development of new functionality and cascading of the system is foreseen for the second phase, immediately after the completion of the implementation. A joint team of ASW and the Orchestra for implementation was formed and a precise timetable for the implementation was defined per day. Within 3 weeks, a central ERP monitoring system was implemented and 13 retail outlets with asw: mercantis system were integrated. For the purpose of receiving the goods, integration with principals from abroad for data exchange, ie import of invoices-dispatches and export sales by retail facilities on a daily basis, has been ensured. The new system has enabled the company to efficiently manage its retail facilities from the headquarters and monitor the results achieved on a daily basis. The information system fulfilled all expectations, which is why Orchestra Fashion Group decided to implement the ASW system in its companies in Macedonia and Montenegro.
